Parkrun #190 - Saturday, 26th January 2013
This morning - Saturday, 26th January 2013 (9am Start) I ran my first ever 'parkrun' at Bedfont Lakes Country Park. It was one shorter lap and one slightly longer. It was slightly cold at the start when everyone was warming up, but when we got going it was just right.
The course today was slightly muddy with a few icy patches here and there (but not as bad as my last marathon in Portsmouth on 23rd December 2012). Big 'Thank You' to all the Volunteers and Marshalls today - Did a very well done job indeed!
My Official FINISH Time was 34 Minutes and 41 Seconds. Well happy with my results in todays weather condition. I came 78/95.... Bedfont Lakes parkrun #190

That was a fun park run . . . and very slippy!
when the cars running again we're off to black parks one again. PB's here we come!
